How do I mark events as conversions in GA4?

In Google Analytics 4 (GA4), you can mark specific events as conversions to help you measure and optimize the actions that are most important to your business. To mark an event as a conversion, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your GA4 account and navigate to the "Events" section in the main menu.

  2. Click on the event that you want to mark as a conversion. This will open the event details page.

  3. Click on the "Set up conversion" button at the top of the page.

  4. In the "Set up conversion" dialog, enter a name for the conversion, and specify the value and any other relevant details, such as the currency and the conversion category.

  5. Click on the "Save" button to create the conversion.

Once you have marked an event as a conversion, it will be included in your conversion reports and can be used to track and optimize the actions that are most important to your business. You can also set up custom conversion events to track specific actions that are not automatically tracked by GA4.
